Pine mushroom is prized in Japanese cuisine. They have a symbiotic relationship with trees and typically cannot be seen by untrained harvesters.
They have a somewhat spicy/cinnamon scent and are very potent in flavor.

This is a sale of 1 lb (#1’s & #2’s) of fresh pine mushroom. Delivery may take several days from order date. We only deliver to Prince George, Chetwynd and Fort St. John once per year (generally around Labor Day). Price includes doorstep delivery within city limits in the following locations:

Kitwanga
Terrace
Prince George
Chetwynd
Fort St. John
